Specifications

Listening to your wishes and desires is the basis of our work. From our first meeting we strive to understand your project and advise you on the best way to approach it. The goal is to present you with a project that suits your lifestyle, your family situation and your budget. During this meeting we present to you in detail the method of application of our fees as well as the progress of the next steps. This step can be the subject of a simple consultation without any commitment on your part. It can take place at your home when it comes to a project concerning places you own or in our offices.

Studies and drawings

The second step is to present you with a preliminary draft. These are a few quick ideas, with possible layout plans. It's our way of starting a study process that can last a few weeks. The goal is to work with you on your project in order to arrive at the ideal solution. We continue in this way until the final project. During this phase, a budget estimate is proposed to you and reviewed with each change. During this phase we present plans and illustrations as well as trend boards. If certain administrative requests are to be made, they can begin during this study period.

Project implementation

As soon as our study phase is over, we establish a work schedule as well as all the technical plans necessary for the realization of your project. Site meetings are organized every week at first and can be accelerated depending on the stages of the site and the work in progress. Our project assistant visits your site at least 3X per week to identify any anomalies or special requests from you or from the companies present on the site. A pre-acceptance of the site takes place a few weeks before the scheduled delivery date in order to note the last interventions to be planned for the final delivery. A cleaning team makes the place clean for you.
